Commissions Terms Of Service
! Please read my terms fully & carefully !
GENERAL TERMS
◼ Do not use my work for AI, NFT's, Crypto or anything of the like.◼ I reserve the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.◼ Please include any and all relevant details when filling out the request form. I require visual references and will not work with descriptions only.
Usage
◼ Commissions are for personal use only. I do not accept commercial work at this time.◼ Please credit me when using the artwork anywhere (e.g. if you're using it as a pfp, credit me in your bio). My main socials are instagram, tumblr, and bluesky. If applicable, tagging me is also greatly appreciated.◼ Completed commissions will be posted to my socials and/or VGen portfolio. I will always include your username/social handle in the post description.◼ Cropping out or removing my watermark and claiming my work as your own is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual property rights
◼ I maintain full rights to commissioned artwork but I do not claim ownership of your character(s) or their designs.◼ An NDA is an option but it will cost extra.
Payments & Refunds
◼ At this time, I only accept payment through Paypal. I require %100 up-front before I can begin work.◼ There will be no refunds for completed work. If, for whatever reason I am unable to complete your commission, I will issue a refund at that point.

- Humans/Humanoids- OC's- Nudity or light NSFW- Gore- Fanart (please ensure this is allowed by the copyright holder)
Won't Draw❌
- Furries (I'm not confident in my ability to draw them atm)- Heavy NSFW- Children- IRL Individuals- Illegal/Inappropriate Themes (e.g sexual violence)- Mecha- Fetish Art- Political Content
Adopts & Customs Terms Of Service
◼ My designs are not permitted to be used in AI Generation, NFT's, Crypto, or anything of the like◼ My Adopts & Customs are for personal use only. Aside from that? Do what you want with it!◼ Credit for the design is required when it's posted to sites intended for character storage. For example, when you upload the design to Artfight. You can do this by sharing my username, and if applicable, linking/tagging my Toyhouse or any other social I have listed on my Beacons Page◼ It is prohibited to claim the design as your own work and/or remove the watermark on the original artwork.◼ An adopt/custom cannot be sold for a price larger than the original unless it comes with additional paid/commissioned artwork.◼ You can redesign, alter small parts of a design, and have alternative designs for any adopts/customs that you get from me.◼ If applicable, I need to be authorised to view my designs if they're on Toyhouse.◼ Although I cannot prevent this, I would prefer if my designs aren't deleted off of Toyhouse.◼ When purchasing a custom or adopt from me, I require payment to be %100 up-front before beginning work on a design and/or transferring a design to you.
